Chicken Fajitas

Tired of bland grilled chicken? Want to go from drab get together to fiesta? Try grilled chicken fajitas. This Southwestern dish adds a little bit of spice and is a definite crowd pleaser. Great for parties or even just a family cookout. Not too much effort is needed to make this delicacy, plus, you can serve this meal buffet style to a big group so your guest can fix there fajitas however they please. Simply season chicken breast with fajita seasoning, or a sauce if you preferred, and throw them on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side. Slice them up and pair them with some grilled peppers. Layout taco fixings like salsa, cheese, sour cream, tortillas and whatever else so you can customize your taco.

Beef Olive & Feta Burgers

What’s more American than grilling some burgers? You probably thought of this as a no-brainer but have you tried this spin? It’s hard for anybody to turn down a grilled burger poolside but this twist will definitely turn heads. Simply make patties out of ground beef, olives, and feta grilled over medium heat about 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Toast the buns and add the toppings of your choice!

This one especially for your vegetarian family and friends. If you wanna please everybody but have a couple members of the group that are gonna have to sit out with the burgers whip up this fun easy grilled treat. Simply oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and grill on each side for about 2 minutes! If you want to get really crazy put these on a skewer with grilled shrimp for a super fun and creative meal.

Kabobs

Kabobs are great because you really please everybody. Have a bunch of veggies sitting in your refrigerator about to go bad? Throw them on the grill! Chop up bread and toast on each side for 1 to 2 minutes. Chop up some basil, tomato and red onion, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. If you’ve got a group of seafood fans throw some shrimp on there for 5 min on each side and slap those babies on there too! Pair this with a nice wine and serve to your guest poolside.
