Spalding in Mandarin Case Study
Problem
The Spalding family was stuck between a rock and a hard place. They knew they wanted to build a new pool but had an idea of what they were looking for. But, they also wanted it done before their family came into town for Thanksgiving and wanted it for a reasonable price. Not only did they have a time crunch, but they also needed a smart and efficient team to get the job done due to major spatial limits and a large septic tank in the yard. This was a tall order to fill, so they began looking for answers.
Process
The Spaldings were in contact with another pool builder and their quote came in pretty cheap. After a few meetings with our design team, they were sold and chose us to complete their vision. Even though they were spending more money, they were confident they'd receive the pool of their dreams with the help of our team. First, we had a team locate the septic tank for design purposes. Then, after about 10 design revisions, we developed a perfect fit for the Spalding’s backyard. The Spalding family had a clear vision of what they wanted and it was extremely important we used every bit of space we could in order to make their vision a reality.
Result
The pool was complete well before the deadline, even with a brief intermission courtesy of Hurricane Irma. After everything was said and done, the Spaldings received the pool they were dreaming of and we made it work within the time frame and layout of their backyard. The pool features a beach entry sun-shelf that you could mistake for a tropical resort and a one of a kind bar table handcrafted by our team exclusively. This was not an easy build but it was certainly a well thought out and creative build.
